easy red lentil dahl


Ingredients
8 oz red lentils
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger
1 7 oz can chopped tomatoes
1 pint veg stock
salt and pepper

Just bung into your slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
To serve just sprinkle with torn coriander leaves.
